No. We do recommend you to create an account with Lovebb.co to enjoy the following benefits:

  1. Advance notices of LoveBB promotions.
  2. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
  3. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. *Do note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

Inaccuracy Disclaimer: From time to time, there may be information on LoveBB.Co that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Most products displayed at Lovebb.co are available while stocks last. In some cases, ingredients subject to change at manufacturer’s discretion. For the most complete and up-to-date list of ingredients, please refer to product packaging.

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and if you do not wish to wait for the restock, the item will be removed from your order. We’ll issue a refund for the price of the item upon confirmation. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.

  3. Choose your desired product, color, and size (if applicable).
  4. Click on ‘Add to Cart’.
  5. Click on ‘Checkout’ once you’ve added all the items you’d like to purchase.
  6. Fill up your delivery details
  7. Select your preferred payment method.

Log in and go to “MY ACCOUNT” located at the left of the page. Your order history will be listed, click on the order # to view the details.

Modify or Cancel Order :
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order if your order has been shipped out.

The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Singapore Dollars. For international shoppers, your order total will be charged according to your credit card or bank’s policy on international purchases.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

If you want to use a discount code on an online purchase, you can add it on the same page where you submit payment:

  1. Enter the discount code.
  2. Click “Apply”.
  3. Check the total is correct.
  4. Select your preferred payment method and click “Complete Order” to place your order.

*Discount code is applicable for the regular priced item only. Discount code is not stackable unless stated.

Shipping

Your order will be mailed out via Smartpac with a tracking number. We may change it to any possible courier services especially if your parcel exceeds 2kg.

Usually arrives within 3~7 working days.

We do not offer Self-Collection option at the moment.

  • Free registered mail for orders above $30.
  • Top up $2.50 for order under $30.

A tracking number will be provided and you will be able to track the status of your parcel here on the Singpost website with the provided tracking number.

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Return & Exchange

Thank you for shopping at LoveBB! The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.lovebb.co only.

All opened items cannot be exchanged nor refunded due to the nature of the product. Exchange/Refund can only be made if the item is found to be defective.

Please contact us via [email protected] before returning an item. We will provide you the address to return the items to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refund:
If your refund request is approved, your refund amount will be credited into your account depending on your payment method within a certain amount of days.

Exchange:
We will mail out your exchange item immediately upon approval. Postage fee may be charged if the exchange request is due to change of mind.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Usually arrives within 3~7 working days after the product is shipped out.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
